Read-only / fictional sources

From submitted runs
to a visible filing workpaper.

Follow paid-date records into wage and FICA source totals, then see which form fields still need evidence. Monthly, quarterly and annual views explain the difference between a reconciliation slice and a filing period.

TRAINING WORKPAPER — NOT A RETURN — DO NOT FILE

Only immutable submitted Sandbox runs are used. Drafts are excluded. No employee statement, return, deposit or payment is created or delivered. A current profile and eligible full Sandbox access are needed to read your saved fictional history.

Start with the filing scope

Known source is not filing certification. Supported amounts use the Sandbox’s configured wage-base flags and stated FICA model. Flat teaching FIT, state and local withholding stay uncertified. Missing classifications, adjustments and deposits stay unknown, including when a training amount is zero.

Current source limitation: the IRS Form 941 PDF/instructions are March 2026 and W-2/W-3 sources are 2026. The current Form 940 PDF and instructions still show 2025 at the November 3 UTC check. A final 2026 numbered Form 940 mapping is held. Contractor payments remain a boxless source workpaper pending classification; no reporting threshold is inferred.

State and local coverage matrix

All 50 states plus D.C. have official resource links below, inherited from the October 31 source review. These are withholding/reference entrypoints, not completed state filing engines. State unemployment, local returns, agency account IDs, form revisions and deadlines need their own current sources. Reading this directory requires no account.
