Payroll All Year brings payroll learning, official-source research and practical tools into one place. It is built for the person taking on payroll for the first time, the practitioner improving a process and the leader helping a team grow.
The fictional H.C.G. learning environment connects employee records, timecards, payroll imports, review, reporting and downstream handoffs. Guided explanations help a learner ask why a result changed and which source should support it.
H.C.G. stands for Hartigos Consulting Group. P.A.Y.’s training systems are original practice tools; they are not a vendor’s live product or a production payroll service.
Make the evidence visible
Use the original source.
Guides link to government publications and official vendor documentation. Resource dates, source retrieval and substantive review are different things. A successful link check does not mean every rule or example has been reviewed again.
Fictional examples identify their assumptions. Tax worksheets, practice payrolls and filing workpapers state their scope and leave unsupported results visible. Reading a guide does not require agreeing to marketing emails.
Public guides are free to read. Some interactive tools require a free profile; paid learning and service offers have separate access rules shown on their pages.
