Trial questions
When does my trial start and end?
Each P.A.Y. account can start one 14-day trial. It lasts 14 × 24 hours from the confirmed server start time. Your exact dates appear above after a confirmed start. Resetting a practice does not restart or extend it.
What does it include?
Full hosted Lab access for one account, including the fictional editable Sandbox, saved multiple runs, simulation and report builder. It does not include an offline HTML file, shared team company, Academy courses or other paid products.
Will I be charged or subscribed to email?
No card is requested and the trial does not become a paid plan automatically. Starting it does not change your optional email choices.
Learn with fictional records.
The company, people and practice cases are supplied training examples. This Lab does not run live payroll, make payments or file returns. The free guided introduction and read-only HCM examples remain separate from the full hosted trial.
