Service ordering is not open. For the four written services below, prices and service terms are adopted. Exact written scope and deadline are confirmed in an account-bound quote. One consolidated revision request is included per written-service order. Request it within 14 calendar days after the latest customer-ready draft or final delivery sent before your first revision request. Status messages and administrative notes do not restart the window; a revision delivery does not create another included round. U.S. Bank Invoicing is selected; online-payment activation and a bank-generated test invoice still need verification before payment opens. Downloading an intake template does not request work, reserve capacity or create a purchase.

Career coaching / Monthly preview
Career coaching, personally with Rob.

Dedicated conversations about your career direction, development goals and practical next steps. The monthly offering includes two 45-minute sessions.
If your agreed session weekday occurs five times in a calendar month, a third 45-minute session is included that month. Two sessions total 90 minutes; three total 135 minutes. These monthly included minutes exclude any unexpired rollover credit.
This is separate from the $49 written career-advice service above.
Using your monthly sessions
- Hold one rollover credit at a time. An eligible scheduled 45-minute session that you cancel or request to reschedule with at least one hour’s notice and cannot make up within its original calendar month may carry over for 90 days from its original scheduled session.
- Rollover does not restart. A carried-over credit cannot gain another 90 days by rescheduling.
- Other unused monthly credits expire at month-end. Use those sessions within their calendar month.
- Late cancellation uses one credit. Cancelling less than 60 minutes before the scheduled start forfeits that session and deducts one coaching credit.
- A no-show uses one credit. If you have not joined 15 minutes after the scheduled start, the session is forfeited and one coaching credit is deducted.
- A forfeited session cannot roll over. These deductions use the credit for that session; they do not create an extra automatic charge.
The 2027 Annual Desk separately includes four scheduled 45-minute coaching sessions per annual allowance, with its own annual-use rules. It is a fixed annual benefit, not monthly coaching enrollment or a fifth-weekday bonus.
Enrollment is not open. Scheduling and the remaining coaching terms are still being finalized and will be confirmed before enrollment or payment. The adopted written-service terms cover the four services above.
One-time help / Paid consultation preview

A paid consultation for a specific one-time question, small project or urgent issue. Work with Rob to understand the issue and identify a practical next step. Availability is confirmed before purchase; an immediate appointment or complete resolution is not guaranteed.
If more work is needed
Rob will first quote the estimated time, scope and total. Your paid consultation qualifies you for a 15% discount on approved follow-up work on the same issue. The follow-up labor rate is $149 USD per hour before the discount, or $126.65 per hour after it.
The $79 consultation fee is separate: it is not discounted or credited against follow-up work. Additional work starts only after you approve the quote; there are no automatic overages.
The 2027 Annual Desk includes three 30-minute consultations per annual allowance at no additional charge. Those included consultations also qualify for the 15% discount on approved follow-up labor on the same issue. The business plan shares one allowance across the business.
When a free fit conversation applies
A free fit consultation is for an initial discussion about a potential ongoing service, monthly service or coaching relationship. It helps establish the goal, scope and working fit. One-off troubleshooting and small standalone projects use the paid consultation.
Booking and payment are not open. Exact availability, the agreed scope and applicable consultation terms will be confirmed before purchase. This preview does not reserve a session.

Leave out employee records, full home addresses, personal tax or banking information, account credentials, applicant records and confidential employer material. For resume preparation, use a redacted copy; the service intake process is not open yet.
Keep the completed notes locally. Do not email a resume or submit a service request yet. Instructions for an approved intake route will appear when ordering opens.
Before any custom work begins
- Agree on the specific deliverables and what is outside scope.
- Confirm the price, available capacity, revision arrangement and turnaround.
