What happens after the shortlist?
- Confirm your required countries, entities, pay groups, time rules, current systems and owner responsibilities.
- Ask the vendor to show your own scripted scenarios, including exceptions and downstream outputs.
- Compare exact modules, connector support, implementation work and whole-life cost.
- Test and reconcile before replacing a system. Keep a rollback and data-retention plan.
