Choose the resource before the rabbit hole
Give one question a useful destination. Everyday paycheck questions can start with the pay guides. Career exploration can start with the interest explorer and blank résumé templates. Planning a review can start with the Year-End Desk. These free resources require a member profile. Keep the immediate question small: “Which term do I need to understand?” or “Which fact should I verify next?” A useful learning step does not need to settle an entire payroll problem. Keep real employee records in approved employer systems when moving from learning to work.
Try one workflow with a fictional example
The free AI Lab is a curated workflow and prompt library. Find a task, read its suggested input and review checks, and copy a workflow that fits. A free profile is required. If you try a prompt, use your own approved AI tool/account within its limits. Give it a fictional example and a clear output request. Then check the answer against the example yourself. Separate observed facts from assumptions and unanswered questions. A confident explanation does not supply missing evidence or approve a live payroll.
Find a little payroll personality
