P.A.Y.Payroll All Year

Public guide / Free-account practice

Build your AI skills.
Keep your payroll judgment.

Use AI to structure a question, draft a clearer explanation or plan a review. Keep the evidence, calculations and final decision with a responsible person.

Explore the workflows below without signing in. The AI Lab adds a local task finder, fictional practice, prompt starters and reusable instruction examples for people learning or working in payroll.

The Lab uses local keyword matching. It does not call an AI model, connect to your payroll system or process live payroll.

A practical review method

Start with a checkable task.

  1. Define the question.

State what you need, the fictional inputs, the comparison period and the expected output. Leave missing information visible rather than inviting a guessed answer.

  2. Set the boundary.

Use invented or properly de-identified examples. Keep real employee records, bank details, credentials and sensitive personal information out of practice prompts.

  3. Check the work.

Recalculate amounts independently. Open cited official sources and confirm their date and scope. Separate an observed difference from a reason that still needs evidence.

  4. Name the human handoff.

List unresolved questions and who will review them. A draft, prompt or model response is not payroll approval, a tax decision or evidence that a system change is safe.

Choose how to continue

Read freely. Practice with a free profile.

All four P.A.Y. account roles can use this Lab with a current profile. Newsletter and promotional emails are separate, optional choices and can both stay off. A P.A.Y. profile does not provide a subscription to an outside AI product, install a skill or grant access to a payroll system.

Paid Academy courses and planned certificate programs have their own scope and access requirements. Using the AI Lab does not award a certificate or unlock a paid course.
