Choose the free view that fits you
Employee, Payroll, HR / People / Benefits, or Employer: all four P.A.Y. account roles are free. Compare them before signing in, then choose the role that matches how you use the site. Your experience choice describes your background; it does not unlock extra features. Email choices remain optional.
Give one year-end question a clear owner
Before a review question becomes another forwarded email, write four short lines: the question, the source or version, the person responsible for the next check, and the next action. For example: “Does this preview include the approved adjustment? Compare it with the approved change record. The designated reviewer checks it. Keep the question open until the evidence is confirmed.” This is a practice handoff, not a payroll approval. Use the free Year-End Desk to organize your review and find its official source links. Give AI a smaller, checkable job
Use the free AI Lab to find and copy a workflow. In your own approved AI tool/account, subject to its limits, try this with a fictional scenario: “Separate the facts, assumptions and missing evidence in this handoff. Suggest the next question for a human reviewer. Do not decide whether payroll should be released.” Check the output yourself. Keep real employee records and credentials out of practice prompts, and follow your employer’s AI rules. The Lab requires a free profile. Separate preconfigured workflow packages are in development.
A seasonal option with payroll personality
If you are browsing for a payroll teammate, the public store includes original holiday designs, mugs and other gear. You can browse without a P.A.Y. account. Open the merchant listing for current colors, sizes, price, shipping and delivery estimates. There is no promised holiday-arrival date. Academy, paid downloads, hiring licenses and services remain previews with ordering closed.
